ok i was thinking about a story forum in it you can tell stories about your fan charactors and stuff

and mabey a forum for roleplaying in the city

I'm guessing you mean a fanfic forum. I believe there are other websites hosting those. I will create a topic that you can provide the link to your fanfiction on another fanfic hosting website.
